John Marks is a Minneapolis-based sound artist, who’s work brings attention to the nuances and subtleties inherent to the human environment. Often through alteration, exaggeration, and manipulation, John produces audio works for installation, film/video, and independent release. His work has been exhibited in Minneapolis and New York City. In addition, John is a co-director of Art of This, a non-profit arts organization that advocates for local, national and international artists through exhibitions & events programming, and the AOT Imprint.
